Launched on World Environment Day 2017, Environment Plymouth is an award-winning and growing network of groups and individuals who share an interest in ‘green’ or sustainable issues in Plymouth or beyond.
We are a community network. If you need help with environmental health issues please call Plymouth City Council, Plymouth Community Homes or your social housing provider.
Who are we?
Environment Plymouth was developed to give the local community a voice in local and national decision making.
The Network focuses on knowledge exchange and good quality information; running regular meetings on a range of topics, Working Groups on specific themes, local campaigns (such as Plastic Free Plymouth), field trips and events to boost awareness and understanding.
We meet regularly and issue a monthly Newsletter as well as working in partnership with the city’s leading organisations.
If you’d like to boost your green voice you’d be very welcome to join us!
